Gold Package

Minimum 1 Visit a month of at least 2 hours duration, 2 hrs free phone support per month, 10% hardware cost reduction, Monthly System Maintenance, Updates and Security Checks, Network Design and Layout provided, Backup facility and test to ensure backups are correctly operating, Preferential service with guaranteed attendance and assessment within 24 hours.

50 Hours @ $100/hr inc GST
Total investment: $5,000 or $834 per month Direct Debit for 6 Months

Silver Package

Minimum 1 Visit a month duration as required, 1 hr free phone support per month, 5% hardware cost reduction, Monthly System Maintenance, Updates and Security Checks and (Network Design and Layout upon request) Prompt service and site attendance within 24 hours.

30 Hours @ $110/hr inc GST
Total Investment: $3,300 or $550 per month Direct Debit for 6 Months

Bronze Package

Bi-monthly visits, Phone support as required at $25 per 15 minutes System Maintenance and Updates and Security Checks

15 Hours @ $120/hr ex inc GST
Total Investment: $1800 or $450 per month Direct Debit for 4 Months

PAYG Package

Upgrades and Repairs $132/hr inc GST (minimum 1 hour - C.O.D) - Based on “We come to you”.

Workshop Upgrades and Repairs $99/hr inc GST (minimum 1 hour - C.O.D) Based on “You come to us”
Phone Support available at $33 per 15 minutes

Service Call Fee $49.50 inc GST (Not billed to pre-paid clients or Scheduled Maintenance Visits)
