Orders and Payment
Delivery is conducted by our friendly, professional
staff. Your order is couriered from our office to your office,
site or residence and installed by us. An authorised signatory
needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect
the goods and photo identification may be requested.
To assist us with processing your order,
please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number.
Before ordering please ensure that you have
read and understood our .
1. Delivery
Orders can be collected from our office or
delivered to your preferred location.
Delivery is usually 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding
public holidays) provided all products are currently in stock.
If you require Same Day or Express delivery please place your
order as normal, then phone 0414 468596 and provide us with
the details.
2. Payment
Payment
is required before the goods can be delivered to you. No
hardware will be installed unless prior payment arrangements
are made.
You may arrange to collect the goods from our office, but payment
is required upon collection and photo identification may be
requested.
We accept payment using Mastercard, Visa, Cheques and COD.
We do not accept non-Australian credit cards.
3. Cheques
We accept company, bank and personal cheques.
If paying by cheque when collecting the goods, photo
identification may be requested. Please include your Order
Number when sending cheques.

4. Funds Transfer
You can deposit funds directly into our bank account.
